Model-based development (MATLAB / Simlink)

At Yogo Home & Mobility, we provide tailored solutions encompassing everything from parts selection to EV system configuration, aligned with customer requirements. Additionally, we conduct CAN analysis of the base vehicle as needed.
Leveraging model-based design, we utilize MATLAB/Simulink for advanced simulation analysis, optimizing ECU drive control and charging management.


ECU design and manufacturing

Yogo Home & Mobility specializes in designing and manufacturing original control platform ECUs.Beyond fundamental vehicle operation control—acceleration, steering, and braking—our ECUs incorporate essential functional safety (fail-safe) logic, rigorously validated through real-world driving tests to ensure reliability. Upon request, we conduct comprehensive failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA/FTA). Additionally, we design and manufacture harnesses and junction boxes (JBs), with expertise in waterproofing and noise mitigation solutions.


Driving evaluation/adaptation

After vehicle production, we conduct comprehensive driving evaluations and adaptations at test courses. This includes verifying vehicle behavior, assessing fail-safe functionality under rigorous operational conditions, and optimizing drivability to ensure performance and safety.

Additionally, we are capable of accommodating customer requests, such as implementing changes to drive control parameters. We also offer evaluation tablet applications (HMI) as part of our solutions.
