Model-Based Development (MATLAB / Simulink)
At Yogo Home & Mobility, we provide tailored solutions encompassing everything from parts selection to EV system configuration, aligned with customer requirements. Additionally, we conduct CAN analysis of the base vehicle as needed.
Leveraging model-based design, we utilize MATLAB/Simulink for advanced simulation analysis, optimizing ECU drive control and charging management.

ECU Design and Manufacturing
Yogo Home & Mobility provides end-to-end capabilities in the design and manufacturing of proprietary control platform ECUs. These ECUs not only manage fundamental vehicle functions such as propulsion, steering, and braking but also integrate essential functional safety logic, carefully developed and validated through real-world driving tests to ensure operational integrity.
We also offer comprehensive support for reliability engineering, including Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), tailored to client requirements. Additionally, we design and produce wire harnesses and junction boxes, delivering robust solutions that incorporate advanced waterproofing and electromagnetic noise suppression technologies.



Driving Evaluation/Adaptation
After vehicle production, we conduct comprehensive driving evaluations and adaptations at test courses. This includes verifying vehicle behavior, assessing fail-safe functionality under rigorous operational conditions, and optimizing drivability to ensure performance and safety.

Additionally, we are capable of accommodating customer requests, such as implementing changes to drive control parameters. We also offer evaluation tablet applications (HMI) as part of our solutions.
